2. Shorten the storage period as much as possible. In special environments, rust-proof packaging should be used in ordering. The floating rust on the surface of the PC steel strand does not affect the use, but the rust will affect its mechanical properties if it is visible;
3. During construction, it should be noted that the hoisting of the hoisting PC steel strands should be hoisted in order, orderly stacking and leaving gaps;
4. The unbonded PC steel strands should be hoisted in parallel with three brown rope grommets.
It is strictly forbidden to use steel wire ropes for direct hoisting.
5.The coiled PC steel strands should be lifted by forklifts or special lifting tools to prevent collapse. The break caused the loose package.
However, there are still strict regulations during the construction of PC steel strands.
1. Attention must be paid during construction. Any form of heating and deformation measures are strictly prohibited in the use of PC steel strands, so as not to reduce the mechanical properties of PC steel strands;
2. Welding is strictly prohibited during use, because the strength of the solder joint is much lower than the strength of the steel itself, and it is easy to cause wire breakage at the solder joint during tension;
3. A toothless saw should be used for the cutting of PC steel strands, because electric welding or gas welding is easy to cause damage to the surface of the steel. At the same time, local overheating of the end is caused, resulting in a decrease in mechanical properties;
4. When the PC steel wire adopts cyclic reinforcement, its bending radius shall not be less than three times its diameter;
5. The PC steel strands packaged in rolls without shafts should be tapped from the inner shaft in the vertical state, and the drawn PC steel strands will be spring-shaped and automatically straightened.
